柔性层的交联对碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料界面剪切强度的影响

【Abstract】 A well-defined copolymer(poly(n-butylacrylate)-co-poly(2-Hydroxyethyl acrylate)-b-poly(glycidyl methacrylate)((PnBA-co-PHEA)-b-PGMA)was synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)and then introduced into the interface of carbon fiber and epoxy resin.After that prepare poly(2-methacryloyloxyethyl acrylate)(PMEA)on the interface by a chemical reaction with PHEA.Under the influence of UV light,Interpenetrating Polymer Network (IPN)was established by cross-linking the methacrylate moieties in the interface.The interfacial shear strength(IFSS)value of the resulting composite increases rapidly from 29.8 MPa to 49.3 MPa,in which the formation of IPN by UV cross-linking increased 13.3MPa.
