氯化镁甘油复配增塑PVA热塑加工的研究

【Abstract】 The melt extrusion of Poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)was difficult to realize for the high melting point(T_m)of PVA,making the thermal degradation of PVA during the melting process.The widely used plasticizers for PVA are high boiling water-soluble organic compounds containing hydroxyl groups,such as glycerol.However,the plasticizing efficiency of these plasticizers is limited.In this paper,magnesium chloride hexahydrate and glycerol were innovatively used to achieve the melt extrusion of PVA.The results of our work proved that the complex of magnesium chloride hexahydrate and glycerol had a high plasticizing efficiency for PVA and through this complex plasticizer the melt extrusion of PVA could be easy realized.
