基于硫-烯点击化学的新型聚硅氧烷液晶高分子

【摘要】 本文利用硫-烯点击化学的方法在聚(3-巯丙基甲基硅氧烷)(PMMS)上接枝液晶基元,制备了两类侧链腰接型和侧链尾接型聚硅氧烷液晶高分子;通过控制PMMS接枝率,可以使聚合物主链上的部分巯基裸露,然后与烯烃交联剂、光引发剂混合,拉丝获得纤维,紫外光致交联,制备新型聚硅氧烷液晶弹性体。此外,本文拓展利用这一学术思想制备了一种新型温敏性电纺纤维;核心步骤是将含有PMMS、15%巯基摩尔当量的烯烃交联剂、光引发剂的混合物电纺,同时紫外光致交联,此时获得的PMMS-电纺纤维表面含有大量未反应的巯基,可通过硫-烯迈克尔加成反应,接枝末端含有马来酰亚胺基团的聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAM);该PMMS-g-PNIPAM电纺纤维的表面亲疏水性受温度调节,在20℃时表现为亲水性,水接触角约为30度;而45℃时的水接触角约为130度,表现为明显的疏水性。
【Abstract】 This manuscript applied thiol-ene click chemistry to prepare a series of novel polysiloxane liquid crystalline polymers,liquid crystalline elastomers and a thermo-sensitive electrospun fiber.The key strategy is treating the mercapto groups of poly[3-mercaptopropylmethylsiloxane](PMMS) as both the reactive sites of grafting monomers and the cross-linking sites for photocuring.By controlling the molar ratio of poly[3-mercaptopropylmethylsiloxane](PMMS) and the cross-linker,triallyl cyanurate, PMMS-based fibers can be partially photo-crosslinked via UV-illumination during electrospinning,to grant them the solvent-resistant property,meanwhile leaving a lot of mercapto groups on the surfaces,which could be further functionalized with stimuli-responsive polymer brushes.To demonstrate the feasibility of this versatility,a facile thiol-Michael addition protocol between PMMS fibers with free thiol groups on the surfaces and maleimide-terminated PNIPAM,allows the preparation of polysiloxane fibers with thermal-responsive PNIPAM brushes on the surfaces.PMMS-g-PINPAM fibers show thermal-sensitive behavior to the environment,having a hydrophilic surface at 20℃(water contact angle~28°) and a hydrophobic surface at 45℃(water contact angle~132°).
