新疆石河子南山煤及其焦油成分的谱学分析

【摘要】 新疆石河子南山地产煤,由固体煤的X衍射(XRD)图,获得其具有微晶结构并由衍射参数d0值,计算了其煤化度。用水蒸气干馏的方法制取了低温煤焦油,用核磁共振(NMR)波谱和红外(IR)光谱测定了干馏法获得的煤焦油,归属了各质子,碳原子的化学位移和有机化合物的官能团。结果表明石河子南山地产煤的煤化度为96.45%,表明石河子南山煤的石墨化程度较高。由煤岩组成推断,石河子南山煤岩的组成主要是火焚丝质体,适宜作为炼焦煤使用。其煤焦油的化合物结构主要以饱和烷烃和芳环烃为主。
【Abstract】 There are microcrystalline structure in Xinjiang shihezi nanshan solid coal,and obtained parameters by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Its project degrees are calculated by diffraction d0 value.At a low temperature coal tar was produced with the method of water vapor dry distillation.Its composition was obtained by NMR spectra and infrared(IR) spectrometric Their chemical shifts of the various protons,carbon atoms,and organic compound functional group were assigned.The results show that the real estate project of shihezi nanshan coal of 96.45 degrees,and that of shihezi nanshan coal graphitization degree is higher.Composed by coal rock concluded,the composition of shihezi nanshan coal rock main is fire burned silk plasmids, appropriate for the coking coal use.The coal tar compounds in saturated paraffin and main structure aromatic cyclic hydrocarbon primarily.
