过渡金属氧化物特殊纳米结构的构筑及其在高氯酸铵催化热分解中的应用

【摘要】 高氯酸铵(AP)的催化热分解在航空航天、宇宙空间探索和卫星发射等领域有着重要作用,这是由于AP是火箭固体复合推进剂中的一种重要的氧化剂,它的燃烧行为极大地影响着火箭飞行的弹道轨迹。AP催化热分解的核心技术在于添加剂,其能够使AP在相对较低的温度下实现高效热分解。本工作主要制备了双锥结构ZnO、核壳结构CoO/Co3O4纳米复合物以及介孔MgAl2O4纳米晶等系列过渡金属氧化物,并研究了这些材料对AP热分解的催化性能,主要结果可归纳如下:

【Abstract】 Catalyzed thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate(AP) plays a key role in the fields of aerospace,universal exploration,and satellite launching.This is because that AP is an important oxidizer in solid composite propellant for rockets,and its burning behavior greatly influences the ballistics of the rockets.The kernel of catalytic technologies for AP thermal decomposition is the additives,which can realize the highly efficient decomposition of AP at relatively low temperatures.In this work,ZnO twin-cones,core-shell structured CoO/Co3O4 nanocomposite, and mesoporous MgAl2O4 nanocrystals were prepared and their catalytic activities toward thermal decomposition of AP were studied.It was found that these oxides with special nanostructures effectively decreased the thermal decomposition temperature of AP,exhibiting significant catalyzed effect.These findings reported in this work are significantly important, which may help to explore more new additives towards thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate.
