NaLa(PO3)4:Ln3+(Ln=Tb,Eu)的真空紫外光谱研究及Tb3+向Eu3+的能量传递现象

【摘要】 用高温固相法台成了稀土离子Tb3+,Eu3+掺杂的多磷酸盐NaLa(PO3)4粉末样品。用X-射线粉末衍射数据对该系列样品进行了物相分析及结构表征,用Rietveld方法精修了其晶体结构参数,分析了掺杂离子变换对晶胞参数的调控作用。用同步辐射光源测试得到了样品的真空紫外(VUV)激发和发射光谱,结合晶体结构数据,研究了Tb3+,Eu3+离子掺杂的多磷酸盐新型稀土荧光材料的发光性质。系列样品在真空紫外到可见光区的光谱表明,在NaLa(PO3)4:Tb3+,Eu3+发光材料中,存在Tb3+向Eu3+的能量传递现象,通过改变Eu3+离子的掺杂浓度,可以实现从黄绿光到橙红光的可调发光。另外,我们通过荧光寿命衰减曲线和时间分辨光谱进一步研究了在NaLa(PO3)4基质材料中Tb3+离子向Eu3+离子的能量传递现象。
【Abstract】 Rare-earth-doped polycrystalline NaLa(PO3)4:Tb3+.NaLa(PO3)4:Eu3+,NaLa(PO3)4:Tb3+,Eu3+ phosphors were prepared by a high temperature solid state reaction route.Phase analysis and Rietveld refinement were performed on the powder X-ray diffraction date.Their vacuum-ultraviolet-visible luminescence properties were investigated by the steady state excitation and emission spectra,the luminescence decays,and the time-resolved emission spectra(TRES).The results revealed that Tb3+ can efficiently transfer excitation energy to Eu3+ via its 5d and 4f states,results in tunable emission in a large color gamut.The energy-transfer process from Tb3+ to Eu3+ was also investigated and discussed in term of luminescence spectra and decay curves.
