新型磷杂菲衍生物的阻燃性能研究

【摘要】 <正>9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)由于分子中存在P-C键,比一般的磷酸酯类阻燃效果更好,在环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、聚酯等材料中表现出了优异的阻燃性能[1-2]。本论文设计合成了一类新型的磷杂菲衍生物(Fig.1),并对合成条件进行了优化,对产物的结构进行了表征。利用TGA和DSC测试了
【Abstract】 The new derivatives of phosphaphenanthrene were synthesized and characterized.Thermal degradation behaviors were investigated from TGA and DSC,the results indicated the materials have excellent thermal stability. The self-extinguishing time and electric conductivity of different concentration in electrolyte of Li-ion battery were measured and discussed,and the result indicates that the compounds have good flame retardant property.
