【Abstract】 Paeonol,an effective component of traditional herb Cortex Moutan,has comprehensive pharmacological activities,such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,pain-relieving,anticancer and preventing cardiovascular deseases.Mustard is a kind of anticancer drug with high therapeutic effect,and piperazine is also a series of antibacterial,anti-inflammatory compound with a wide clinical application.In the work,using the principles of drug design,mustard and piperazine were introduced into paeonol,a novel series of phosphoramidate derivatives of paeonol was synthesized and their structures were elucidated by NMR,ESI MS and IR.更多还原
