笼状磷酸酯(PEPA)的合成及溶解度测定

【摘要】 <正>包含笼状磷酸酯结构的膨胀阻燃剂已成为继螺环磷酸酯类阻燃剂之后的又一新型阻燃体系,高度的对称性和较高的含磷量,赋予其较好的热稳定性和阻燃性[1],而2,6,7-三氧杂-1-氧代-1-磷杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷-4-甲醇(PEPA)结构中羟甲基的存在将为其在阻燃剂的合成设计中带来更大的灵活性[2,3]。本文以季戊四醇和三氯氧磷为原料,二氧六环为溶剂合成了PEPA(Fig1为其1HNMR谱),该合成过程副产物较多,因此
【Abstract】 A flame retardant with enhanced phosphorus content,1-oxo-4-hydroxymethyl-2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphabicyclo- [2.2.2]octane(PEPA)was synthesized by the reaction of pentaerythritol with phosphorusoxychloride.The structure was characterized by1HNMR.Using a static analytical method,the solubilities of PEPA in ethanol,methanol, acetone,acetic ester,1,4-dioxane,and methylbenzene were determined.The solubility data were correlated with an empirical equation.Within the temperature range of the measurements,the solubilities of PEPA in all of the investigated solvents increased with an increase in temperature.The solubility of PEPA in methylbenzene shows the lowest value and in methanol shows the highest value.
