三聚氰胺衍生物的合成及其阻燃性能研究

【摘要】 <正>在本文中,我们设计并合成了三类以三聚氰胺为基础的含磷膨胀型阻燃剂的化合物,并通过1H、13C和31PNMR对其结构进行了表征,利用TGA、LOI测试以及垂直燃烧试验对其热稳定性和阻燃性能进行了研究。结果表明:含有苯环结构的四个化合物(1,2,3,4)表现出了优异的阻燃性能,它们都具有较高的LOI值,某些还能够使PC样条达到较高的UL-94阻燃级别V-0级。化合物4垂直燃烧试验后残炭的SEM照片显示,其内表面形成了一个膨胀的多孔炭层,这使得该化合物对PC样条的阻燃级别达到了V-0级。
【Abstract】 In this work,three new types of intumescing flame retardant compounds based on melamine,which contained elemental phosphorus,were designed and synthesized.Their structures were characterized by 1 H, 13 C and 31 P NMR, and their thermal stability and flammability property were analyzed by TGA,LOI measurements and vertical burning test.Four representative compounds(1,2,3,4)containing the structure of benzene ring present excellent heat resistance and high LOI values,some of them can make the PC resin specimen reach a high UL-94 flammability rating of V-0.SEM pictures of the residual char of 4 after vertical burning test were taken,and a swelled and multi-cellular char layer was formed,which result in a high UL-94 flammability rating of V-0.
