聚丙烯腈在离子液体中均相热稳定化制备碳纳米球

【Abstract】 Carbon nanospheres(CNSs) were prepared by two steps process.Firstly,the thermal stabilized nanospheres(TSNSs) were produced by a novel homogeneous stabilization method at 240°C-300°C.Secondly,the TSNSs were carbonized to form the CNSs at nitrogen atmosphere.The formations of the TSNDs and CNSs were demonstrated by FTIR,XRD,SEM and TEM,respectively.The results show that the TSNSs were obtained from the polyacrylonitrile in the ionic solution of 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium bromide and the CNSs were presented the porous morphology.
