以制革废皮渣为原料合成环保蛋白胶粘剂的初步研究

【摘要】 采用乳液聚合方法对制革废皮渣水解产物进行适当改性来合成环保蛋白胶粘剂。首先将制革废皮渣水解产物与单体(甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯)进行接枝共聚反应从而聚合成乳液,然后进一步交联成环保蛋白胶粘剂。本文主要研究了胶粘剂合成的前期阶段——乳液合成阶段。考查了不同的水解时间、合成时间、搅拌转速、温度对转化率和乳液外观、粒径、pH、粘度、稀释稳定性、冻融稳定性、贮存稳定性等乳液性能的影响,同时研究了不同防腐剂对防腐性能的影响。
【Abstract】 Emulsion polymerization was adopted to synthesize environment-friendly protein adhesives by modifying hydrolyzate of leather wastes.Firstly the emulsion was synthesized by graft copolymerization reaction between hydrolyzate from leather wastes and monomer(methyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate),and then the emulsion was further cross-linked to obtain environment-friendly protein adhesives.In this paper,the previous stage of synthesize of adhesives,emulsion synthesize,was studied.The influence of different hydrolysis time,synthesis time,agitation speed and temperature on the conversion and the performance of the emulsion,which includes appearance,size,pH,viscosity,dilute stability,freeze-thaw stability,storage stability and so on,were preliminary studied and properties of antisepsis of the emulsion was discussed.
