电场响应性苝类液晶衍生物的取向行为的研究

【摘要】 <正>近些年来,液晶类分子的研究得到了广泛的关注,并且已经成功的应用到了显示器和其它的器件产品。我们相继研究了棒状液晶,板状液晶及其在OFET器件中的应用,显著的提升了电子转移能力。本文利用相转移催化的方法合成了一系列含有不同长度柔性链(n=4,6,8)的苝四甲酸仲醇酯盘状液晶化合物,
【Abstract】 A series of perylene tetraesters(n = 4,6,8) were synthesized via a clean and efficient phase-transfer catalysis method.The results show that the fluorescence quantum yields of all the compounds are higher than 70% and increase with elongation of flexible aliphatic chains from n=4 to 8.It was found that the compounds exhibited discotic liquid crystal properties in a wide temperature range.Interestingly,The compound P-8(n=8) can be homeotropically aligned on various substrates with thermal treatment and its alignment was controlled by electric field.
