超疏水导电聚苯胺表面的制备

【摘要】 本文通过简单喷涂的方法制备了导电聚苯胺薄膜,该薄膜对水的接触角超过150°[1],具有超疏水性。分别研究了不同氧化聚合[2]时间所得聚苯胺粉末的表面形貌,发现随着时间的延长,纳米纤维逐渐形成,并与已有的纳米颗粒缠绕、团聚在一起。不同聚合时间的产物经喷涂后所得表面的疏水性也逐渐增强。此外,该聚苯胺表面还具有快速润湿性转变的功能,对其实际应用有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 A superhydrophobic conductive polyaniline film,with a water contact angle larger than 150°,has been fabricated by using a facile one-step spraying method.The surface morphology of the polyaniline synthesized with different polymerization time was characterized by the field-emission scanning electron microscope.As the time went on,nanofibers gradually formed,twisting and coiling with the nanoparticles.The corresponding films sprayed by these products obtained different surface wettabilities.Moreover,a rapid surface wettability transition between superhydrophobicity and superhydrophilicity can be observed,which is important for their practical use.
