【Abstract】 The solvent systems of 1% propanetriol,1% tween-80,0.5% propanetriol-0.5% tween-80,1% propanetriol-1% tween-80,doubledistilled water,methanol,ethanol and DMSO etc,were investigated in this paper.The effect of different concentration of tea polyphenols,paeonol and honeysuckle leaves(ethyl acetate phase) on tyrosinase activity in appropriate solvent were determined with spectrophotometry using Vc as positive control.The results indicated that 1% propanetriol and 1% tween-80 can increase the solubility of the paeonol and extracts of honeysuckle leaves significantly.These extracts all have inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity to some degree.The consequence of the inhibitory from strong to weak was as follows: Vc、Vc: paeonol(the ratio is mass ratio)=1:2、 Vc: paeonol(the ratio is mass ratio)=1:1、tea polyphenol、tea polyphenol: paeonol(the ratio is mass ratio)=2:1、 paeonol、honeysuckle leaves extracts.The results indicated that these extracts may have a potential application value in skin cosmetic research.更多还原
