可作为杂化比率化学传感器的钴掺杂硫化锌量子点的含水制备和表征

【Abstract】 Cobalt(Co 2+) doped(CoD) ZnS QDs are synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized for the first time.L-Cysteine(L-Cys) ligands on the surface of CoD ZnS QDs can bind 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT) to form Meisenheimer complexes(MHCs) mainly through acid-base pairing interaction between TNT and L-cys and the assistance of hydrogen bonding and electrostatic co-interactions among L-cys intermolecules.The interdots aggregation induced by MHCs greatly influenced light scattering property of the QDs aqueous solution,thus,Rayleigh scattering(RS) enhancement at defect-related emission wavelength and its left side was observed under the excitation of violet light of CoD ZnS QDs.RS enhancement,combining with TNT anions induced quenching of orange transition emission,resulted in change of colorimetric visualization of the investigated system.Therefore,a novel CoD ZnS QDs-based hybrid colorimetric sensor has been developed for simply and sensitively analyzing TNT in water.This colorimetric probe can assay down to 25 nM TNT in solution without interference from matrix of real water samples and other nitro aromatic compounds
