【Abstract】 The paper has designed new spiropyran-based electrochemical probe,SP-β-D-glucose,to identify the glycosidases based on photo induced comformational change.The probe was fixed on the electrode on the basis of the affinity between the SWNT and the probe resulted from the electrostatic and conjugate interactions.This strategy offers a sensitive,specific,and efficient platform for quantitatively screening the glycosidases digestions.With the electrode as the assay platform,the technique also creates a new dimension for analysis of glycosidase.
