【Abstract】 In this paper,we studied the synthesis of spherical nanocomposites and their applications for the fabrication of electrochemical immunosensors.A novel nanocomposite silver nanoparticle-titanium phosphate hollow sphere(AgNPs-TiP) was synthesized by a template approach and used for assembly of antibodies as a biolabel for high sensitive electrochemical immunoassay of human IL-6.A multifunctional manganese carbonate sphere(MnCO 3) with superparamagnetic and fluorescent properties was prepared through co-precipitation and layer by layer methods.Based on the multifunctional MnCO 3 labelled with antibodies as probe,a versatile immunosensor for fluorescent imaging and electrochemical detection of AFP was developed.Fluorescent gold nanoclusters were incorporated into porous calcium carbonate sphere to fabricate CaCO 3 /AuNCs nanocomposite.The CaCO 3 /AuNCs showed porous structure,good biocompatibility,excellent dispersity and degradability,which can be used to assembly of HRP-Ab 2 for fabrication a biolabel.Based on this biolabel,a multifunctional immunosensor was fabricated for fluorescent and electrochemical detection of cancer biomarker with high sensitivity and selectivity.
