不同品种荷叶HPLC指纹图谱研究

【摘要】 <正>荷叶是一种既是食品又是药品的天然植物原料。本课题组用HPLC色谱法对10个不同品种荷叶进行了指纹图谱研究.采用依利特Sino Chrom色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),以乙腈-缓冲溶液(H3PO4-NaH2PO4,0.1 mol/L,pH 2.5)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.5 mL/min,

【Abstract】 Lotus leaves are natural plant materials to make food and drugs.The analytical method of Lotus Leaves’ fingerprint chromatography was set up by high performance liquid chromatography.The chromatographic conditions were as follows a YILITE Sino Chrom(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) with CH 3 CN-Buffer solution(H 3 PO 4-NaH 2 PO 4,0.1 mol/L,pH 2.5) as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.5 mL /min,and the column temperature was 30℃.The detecting wavelength was set at 254 nm.12 common peaks were found in the fingerprint of 10 batches of Lotus Leaves.This method is accurate and steady with a good repeatability and providing a reference a reference for quality control of Lotus Leaves.
