离子液体-分散液相微萃取富集水样中的碘酸根离子

【摘要】 <正>碘作为人类健康不可或缺的重要成分日益受到重视,合理利用对人类健康具有十分重要的意义。本实验依据碘酸根与羟胺生成亚硝酸根,利用亚硝酸根在酸性条件下与对硝基苯胺、二苯胺的重氮偶联反应,生成疏水的紫红色化合物,经分散液相微萃取富集,利用HPLC测定水样品中碘酸根的含量。优化的条件为:
【Abstract】 Using [HHIM][Tf2N] ionic liquid as extraction solvent,iodate ion in water was indirectly enriched and determined by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with high-performance liquid chromatography.The method was based on the reaction of iodide with hydroxylamine in acidic solution.p-Nitroaniline was diazotised by the nascent nitrite and the diazonium produced was then coupled with diphenylamine in phosphoric acid medium to form an azo product which was extracted by [HHIM][Tf 2 N].Some important parameters that influenced the extraction efficiency were studied and optimized.Under the optimized conditions,the enrichment factor was about 295 fold.A linear relationship was obtained in the range of 10-1000 μg/L with the correlation coefficients of 0.9995,and the detection limit is 1.64 μg/L.This method has been applied for the determination of iodate ion in real samples with high relative recovery of 84.3%~100.3% and low RSD of 1.15%~5.49%(n=3.
