一步电化学合成铂-石墨烯纳米复合材料对葡萄糖的无酶催化

【Abstract】 Electrochemical sensors based on the immobilization of glucose oxidase on various substrates have been the topics of the most previous studies on this subject.However,some inevitable drawbacks such as the chemical and thermal instabilities originated from the intrinsic nature of enzymes may limit their analytical applications.Direct electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose at nonenzymatic electrode seems to be an attractively alternative technique free from above-mentioned drawbacks.In our work,a facile one-step electrochemical method was used to synthesize well-dispersed Pt nanoparticles on grapheme with small particles size.The Pt ERGO nanocomposite shows high electrocatalyticactivity and long-term stability towards direct electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose.
