反相非水乳液体系制备多孔聚酰亚胺微球

【摘要】 在N-甲基吡咯烷酮/液体石蜡(NMP/LP)构成的非水乳液体系中,分别选用乙醚、二硫化碳作为致孔剂,以均苯四甲酸酐/4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA/PMDA)为单体,制备多孔聚酰亚胺微球。.结果表明,由于乙醚和聚酰胺酸分子之间存在氢键,乙醚具有明显地致孔作用;压汞法比表面积显示随着乙醚/LP的比例增加,微球比表面积增大,可达29.38m2/g;孔径分布显示分布最广的孔径约为100nm~200nm。本研究中提出的方法为多孔聚酰亚胺微球的制备提供了一条新的途径。

【Abstract】 porous Polyimide(PI) microspheres were prepared by using carbon disulfide and ethyl ether as porogens respectively.porous PI microspheres derived from Pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and 4,4-Dia-minodiphenyl ether(ODA) was carried out in a non-aqueous emulsion system,in which Liquid paraffin was the continue phase and N-Methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) was the dispersed phase.Hydrogen bonding interaction existing between polyamic acid and ethyl ethe played a critical role in the pore formation process.The specific surface of the porous microspheres was increased with increasing the ratio of ethyl ether/Liquid paraffin and it can be reached 29.38m 2 /g determined with Mercury porosimetry.The pore size distribution showed that that maximum probability of the pore size was about 100-200nm;The method developed in this study provides a new way for preparing porous PI microspheres.
