铜基超疏水涂层的机械稳定性与抗腐蚀性能研究

【摘要】 以氢氟酸/过氧化氢混合液对铜箔进行化学刻蚀,再通过溶胶-凝胶过程,在铜片表面构建了超疏水涂层。最佳溶胶-凝胶反应过程为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、甲醇、水的摩尔比为1:60.9:22.86:1.49。运用扫描电镜、能量弥散X射线探测器、水接触角测定仪对超疏水涂层的形貌及化学组成进行了分析。扫描电镜结构表明,铜箔表面形成了粒径为2~6μm的球状二氧化硅,该表面与水的接触角和滚动角分别为158.2°和3°。在3.5%氯化钠溶液中浸泡14天,涂层表面与水的接触角为151.6°。
【Abstract】 Superhydrophobic copper wafer was prepared using a sol-gel deposition method after etching technique via HF/H 2 O 2 mixture solution in the paper.The best hydrophobic coating sol was prepared with vinyltrimethoxysilane (VTES),ethanol (EtOH),water (H2O) and ammonium hydroxide (NH4 OH) at a molar ratio of 1:60.9:22.86:1.49 respectively.The morphologies,chemical compositions and hydrophobicity of the substrates were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX) and water contact angle measurement.The surface morphological study showed the ball like silica particles distributed on the copper substrate with particle sizes ranging from 2 to 6μm.The coatings showed the static water contact angle as high as 158.2° and the water sliding angle as low as 3°.The durability properties revealed that the coatings had a good superhydrophobicity deposited in 3.5% NaCl solution after 14 days,and the CA is 151.6°.
