微波辅助羧甲基纤维素接枝丙烯酰胺/沸石高吸水复合材料的研究

【摘要】 以天然亲水性无机高分子矿物沸石、羧甲基纤维素、丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺等为原料,在微波辅助下合成了高吸水性复合材料,利用红外光谱分析高吸水材料的官能团。探讨了羧甲基纤维素用量与单体的配比、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、沸石用量以及中和度对复合材料吸水倍率的影响,测试了复合材料的吸水速率和保水性。结果表明,沸石在接枝聚合物中能较好分散,当羧甲基纤维素含量为3%,沸石含量为20%,引发剂含量为0.7%,交联剂含量为0.04%,中和度为77%时,复合材料吸自来水倍率达434g/g,对生理盐水溶液的吸水倍率达71g/g。
【Abstract】 With zeolite,carboxymethyl cellulose,acrylamide etc as raw materials,super absorbent composite were synthesized by microwave assisted method.Functional groups of the super absorbent polymer were analyzed with IR.The influences such as the ratio of carboxymethyl cellulose over monomer,the amount of initiator and crosslinker,the amount of zeolite added and neutralization degree were also discussed.Water-adsorbing speed and water-retention capacity were also been tested.The results showed that zeolite is well dispersed in the composite.when the content of carboxymethyl cellulose is 5 %,the dosage of zeolite is 20 %,the dosage of initiator is 0.7 %,the dosage of crosslinker is 0.04 %,the neutralization degree is 77 %.the absorbancy of the composite to tap water and 0.9 %NaCl solution is 434 g/g and 71 g/g respectively.
