载银离子纳米纤维膜的制备与对噻吩吸附性能的研究

【摘要】 采用静电纺丝技术和离子交换法制备了载银离子的聚苯乙烯(PS)纳米纤维膜,并选取具有最大载银量的纤维膜对噻吩溶液进行吸附实验。利用红外线光谱分析仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-vis)分别对膜进行了表征。结果表明:通过磺化和离子交换成功将银离子负载在PS纤维上,随着磺化时间的增加,纤维上的功能基团先增加后减小,当磺化时间为60min时,纤维上的磺酸基团最多,即载银量最大,对噻吩的吸附性能最好。电纺膜作为吸附介质除去噻吩,极大丰富了吸附剂的种类,但在解吸和再生方面仍需进一步分析研究。
【Abstract】 The polystyrene-based sliver-loaded ion nanofibrous membranes were prepared by electrospinning and ion-exchanging.The adsorption experiments of thiophene were carried out through choosing the fibrous membranes of the maximum sliver ion content.The membranes were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-vis).The characterization results suggested that the sliver ions were successfully loaded on PS fibers by sulfonation and ion-exchange,with the increase of the sulfonation time,the functional groups on the fibers increased first,then decreased.The PS membranes with 60 min sulfonation time showed the most sulfonic acid groups and the maximum sliver ion content,which also had the best adsorption properties of thiophene.The electrospun membranes as the adsorption media of removing thiophene enrich the adsorbent species.But there is still need further analysis and study on desorption and regeneration.
