核壳结构的二氧化锡其高效的光催化性能

【摘要】 通过一种温和有效的水热合成方法,合成了形貌均一、比表面积较大的核壳结构二氧化锡微米球。并对合成的二氧化锡微米球的结构和光催化性能进行了研究。合成的微米球直径大约600nm,壳的平均厚度大约为80nm,其形貌是由合成过程中锡的用量和反应温度控制的。在光催化试验中,合成的产物在紫外光的照射下,仅进行30分钟亚甲基蓝水溶液被降解了97%。同时,对刚果红和甲基橙的降解也表现出了很高的活性。结果表明合成的核壳结构二氧化锡微米球具有较高的光催化活性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,uniform SnO2 core-shell microspheres with large specific surface area were synthesized through a facile and effective hydrothermal route.The microstructure and photocatalytic properties of the as-synthesized products were investigated.The diameter of microsphere is about 600 nm and the average thickness of the shell is 80 nm.The morphology can be tailored by adjusting reaction temperature and the dose of Sn precursor.Photocatalytic test indicates that methylene blue can be degraded almost completely(over 97%) after 30 min UV light irradiation.Similarly,Congo red methyl orange aqueous solution and aqueous solution can also degraded in the same conditions,demonstrating high photocatalytic activity of the SnO2 core-shell microspheres.
