“手性识别盲区”及手性识别机理探讨的误区

【摘要】 以色谱实验证实了存在温度诱导及溶剂诱导的对映异构体洗脱顺序反转的现象,结合范霍夫方程和计量置换保留理论对反转原因进行了阐释,提出了温度诱导及溶剂诱导"手性识别盲区"概念,指出手性识别机理探讨中存在的一些误区。
【Abstract】 Temperature-and solvent-induced reversals of elution order between a pair of enantiomers were observed by HPLC experiments.The reason for the reversals was elucidated based on Van’t Hoff equation and the stoichiometric displacement theory for retention.A concept, "temperature-and solvent-induced blind zone of chiral recognition",was proposed.Some misleading discussions about chiral recognition mechanism were also pointed out.
