【Abstract】 Temperature-and solvent-induced reversals of elution order between a pair of enantiomers were observed by HPLC experiments.The reason for the reversals was elucidated based on Van’t Hoff equation and the stoichiometric displacement theory for retention.A concept, "temperature-and solvent-induced blind zone of chiral recognition",was proposed.Some misleading discussions about chiral recognition mechanism were also pointed out.更多还原
