手性三唑农药的土壤降解
Degradation of chiral triazole pesticides in soils

【摘要】 三唑醇和烯唑醇是重要的手性三唑类农药,广泛应用于农业生产。本论文考察了三唑醇和烯唑醇在不同类型土壤中的降解行为。结果表明烯唑醇在天津黄土中的降解非常缓慢,且两个对映体降解基本一致;三唑醇在保定黄土和武汉红土中降解半衰期为:57.6d和51.2d,有明显的对映体选择性,且存在A体向B体的转化。
【Abstract】 Triadimenol and diniconazole are two important triazole pesticides,widely used in agricultural production.In this paper,triadimenol and diniconazole were investigated related to their degradation in soils on enantiomeric level.The results show that diniconazole had slow degradation rate, and no enantioselectivity in its degradation process.The half-lives of triadimenol were 57.6d and 51.2d for the Baoding yellow soil and Wuhan red soil,respectively.Moreover,triadimenol exhibited great enantioselectivity,and significant isomerization from triadimenol-A to triadimenol-B was observed during triadimenol degradation in the two soils.
