利用液相组成对聚酯微波解聚机理的初步研究
Preliminary Study on the Mechanism of Polyester Microwave Depolymerization by the use of Liquid Composition

【摘要】 通过对纯水中聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的微波解聚反应的研究发现,同一温度不同时间条件下,随时间的延长,液相组分中乙二醇(EG)浓度逐渐增加;同一时间不同温度条件下,随温度升高,乙二醇浓度也逐渐增高。但是,乙二醇浓度随时间的变化关系并不是一个连续过程,而是一个具有周期性的跳跃。可以认为,微波环境下PET解聚过程在一个跳跃周期内分为无规和有规两个阶段:在反应初期进行的主要是PET的无规断裂,后期主要是有规断裂。
【Abstract】 Via the study of microwave depolymerization of polyethylene terephthalate(PET) in pure water, the results showed the liquid component of glycol(EG) concentration increased gradually with the extension of time under the conditions of the same temperature,or with the rise of temperature under the conditions of the same time,the liquid component of glycol(EG) concentration increased gradually also.But the relationship between time and EG concentration changes showed a periodic jump and not a continuous process.It could be suggested that the depolymerization process of PET under microwave irradiation could be divided into two phases during one period.At the preliminary phase of the reaction,random fracture was the main,and the regular fracture is the main one at late response phase.
