聚天门冬氨酸阻垢剂的合成

【摘要】 以马来酸酐(MA)和碳酸铵(AC)为原料采用低温固氮、高温聚合生成中间体聚琥珀亚氨酸(PSI),PSl碱性水解生成阻垢剂聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)。研究了反应物摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间及阻垢剂的浓度对PSI产率和阻垢效果的影响。结果表明,n(马来酸酐):n(碳酸铵)=1:1.2,低温65℃反应时间1.5 h,高温178℃反应1 h,生成中间体PSI,在75℃下以2.0 mol/L的NaOH溶液水解PSI生成聚天门冬氨酸盐阻垢剂,调节pH值生成聚天门冬氨酸。阻垢剂加量为2.0 mg/L时,阻垢率可达98.80%。以马来酸酐和碳酸铵能够合成高效的聚天门冬氨酸绿色阻垢剂。

【Abstract】 The intermediate sub-acid Poly amber(PSI) was synthesized from maleic anhydride and salvolatile with a two-step reaction.Further hydrolysis of PSI under alkaline conditions led to the formations of polyaspartic acid(PASP) scale inhibitors.Some factors were studied on PASP,including reaction temperature and reaction time,and condensity of the PASP.The results showed that when n(MA):n(AC) was 1:1.2,reaction temperature was 65℃reaction time was 1.5 h for the step reaction;first while the reaction temperature was 178℃,reaction time was 1 h for the second step reaction,PSI was obtained.Then at 75℃,under the concentration 2.0 mol/L of NaOH solution hydrolysis inhibitor polyaspartic acid salt was obtained,followed by adjusting pH to produce polyaspartate.When PASP concentration is 2.0 mg/L,the scale inhibition rate is 98.80%.The results show that this method can be an efficient synthesis method for polyaspartic acid inhibitors.
