新型含萘环结构高耐热性环氧树脂的合成、表征及性质

【摘要】 以2-羟基-1-萘醛为起始原料,通过3步反应:首先与烯丙基溴发生亲电取代反应引入双键,然后再与1,5-萘二胺发生席夫碱反应,最后与间氯过氧苯甲酸反应将双键环氧化,得到了一种新型含萘环结构的环氧树脂。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振波谱(~1H NMR)、元素分析(EA)对其结构进行了表征,并用盐酸丙酮法对其环氧值进行了测定。采用固化剂苯酚-亚联苯型环氧树脂GPH-65和苯酚酚醛树脂PF8010对所合成的环氧树脂进行了固化,并通过热重分析(TG)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)对其固化行为进行了研究,同时对其吸水性进行了测试。研究表明,这种新型含萘环环氧树脂具有较高的玻璃化转变温度、良好的耐热性及较低的吸水性,吸水率为0.33%。

【Abstract】 A new naphthyl contained epoxy resin was synthesized by a three-step reaction using 2-hyroxy-l-naphthyldhyde as the starting materials;the first step was electrophilic substitution of allyl bromide to 2-hyroxy-l-naphthyldhyde,which could introduce double bonds;the second step was Schiff base reaction with the help of 1,5-naphthylenediamine;the third step was epoxidation of double bonds by using 3-chloroperbenzoic acid.The structure of resulted epoxy resin was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,NMR spectroscopy and EA analysis.Its epoxy value was determined by HCl-acetone titration.The resulted epoxy resin was cured with GPH-65 and PF8010,whose curing behaviors were featured by TG and DSC.The hygroscopicity of the resulted epoxy resin was also investigated.It proved that the novel naphthyl containing epoxy resin had high glass transition temperature,high thermal stability and low hygroscopicity.The water absorption is 0.33%.
