静电纺丝法制备丝素蛋白/聚乳酸纤维膜及其性能表征

【摘要】 以三氟乙酸(TFA)为溶剂,通过静电纺丝法制备了质量分数为18%的40:60、50:50、60:40和70:30等不同摩尔配比的丝素蛋白/聚乳酸纤维膜。采用扫描电子显微镜观察了纤维膜的表面形貌,并测定了拉力、接触角和溶失率及降解等性能。结果表明,所有配比的纤维均具有光滑平直的形貌。随着聚乳酸含量的增加,丝素蛋白/聚乳酸材料的直径逐渐增大,直径分布逐渐变窄;纤维膜的拉伸强度、弹性模量和断裂伸长率均变大,力学性能逐渐提高;接触角逐渐由67°增大至了120°,纤维膜的溶失率降低了2倍。降解实验的结果表明,调节丝素蛋白与聚乳酸的不同组分配比实现了纤维膜的可控降解。确定了最佳丝素蛋白与聚乳酸的摩尔配比为40:60。
【Abstract】 Using the solvent TFA,a series of silk fibroin/polylactic acid fiber membranes with the mass fraction of 18%were prepared via electrospinning process by regulating the molar ratio of silk fibroin/polylactic acid,namely,40:60,50:50,60:40 and 70:30.The morphology of the SF/PLA fiber menbrane was measured by scanning electron microscopy.The mechanical properties,contact angle,solubility in water and degradation were also measured.The results showed that all the ratio of the fibers morphology are all smooth and flat.With the increase of poly-lactic acid,the diameter of fibroin/PLA material gradually increases,the diameter distribution is gradually narrow.Fiber membrane tensile strength,modulus and elongation are larger, gradual increase in the mechanical properties.The tensile strength,modulus and elongation of the fiber membrane are become larger,gradual increase in the mechanical properties.Contact angle increased gradually from 67°to 120°,and the solubility in water decreasing 2 times.Degradation experiment results show that the regulation of silk fibroin and poly-lactic acid distribution ratio of different groups to achieve controlled degradation of the fiber membrane.The best ratio of silk fibroin/PLA 40:60 was determined.
