马来酸酐、丙烯酸与4-乙烯基吡啶共聚物的合成与应用

【摘要】 以过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用溶液自由基共聚合方法,实现了丙烯酸(AA)、马来酸酐(MA)与4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)的三元共聚合。通过正交试验,优化了反应温度、单体配比、引发剂用量及反应时间对共聚物产率和分子量的影响,从而确定了最佳合成条件。采用红外光谱法对三元共聚物进行了表征。对三元共聚物的阻垢、缓蚀性能进行了评价,结果表明对硫酸钙垢具有优良的阻垢性能,阻垢率>95%;在油田水中(CaCl2水型,矿化度为1.22×105mg/L)对碳钢的缓蚀率达61%。
【Abstract】 The copolymer was synthesized by free radical solution polymerization with maleic anhydride (MA),acrylic acid(AA) and 4-vinyl pyridine(4-VP) as monomers,ammonium persulfate as initiator.The effect of polymerization temperature,ratio of monomer,dosage of initiator and polymerization time on the yield and molecular weight of the copolymer was studied by orthogonal experiments,and the optimal condition was found.The structure of the terpolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.Its properties of scale and corrosion inhibition were evaluated.The results showed that the terpolymer has good scale inhibition to calcium sulfate,and the scale inhibition rate was over 95%.The inhibition rate on carbon steel was 61%in the oilfield water(CaCl2 type,total dissolved solids:1.22×10~5 mg/L).
