有机改性沸石对废水中酸性靛蓝的吸附性能
Adsorption of Acid Blue from Wastewater by Organo Modified Zeolite

【摘要】 采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和十二烷基硫酸钠复合改性沸石,通过X衍射(XRD)和红外吸收光谱(IR)对改性前后的沸石结构进行表征,研究了改性沸石对废水中酸性靛蓝的吸附性能、影响因素及动力学过程。结果表明,改性沸石的吸附性能明显增强。在优化实验条件下对浓度为200 mg/L的酸性靛蓝的最大吸附量和脱色率分别为66.56 mg/g和99.85%。其吸附动力学行为遵循准二级吸附速率方程所描述的规律。平衡吸附量与平衡浓度之间的关系符合Langmuir等温吸附方程。
【Abstract】 The modified zeolite were prepared by incorporating both cationic surfactant bromide cetyltrimethylammonium and anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate to zeolite.The structure of the zeolites before and after modification was characterized by XRD and IR.The adsorption performances,influencing factor and the adsorption kinetics of this kind of modified zeolite onto Acid Blue in wastewater was studied.The results showed that the adsorptive properties of zeolite clay were enhanced greatly.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the adsorbed quantity of Acid Blue(200 mg/L) in wastewater was 66.56 mg/g and decolorization rate was 99.85%.The adsorption kinetics followed the laws of pseudo-second order kinetic model.The relationship between adsorbing capacity and equilibrium mass concentration was in accordance with isothermal adsorption equations of Langmuir
