二氢枯茗酸肟酯衍生物的合成及其抑菌活性

【摘要】 以β-蒎烯为原料、碱性高锰酸钾为氧化剂合成了诺蒎酸,诺蒎酸酸性脱水并重排开环得到二氢枯茗酸。二氢枯茗酸与氯化亚砜反应生成酰氯,再与肟类化合物反应生成了5种肟酯衍生物,通过红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(~1H NMR)和质谱(MS)测试技术对产物进行了结构鉴定,并通过抑菌环法测试探讨了化合物的抑菌活性。结果表明,256 mg/L时,化合物5a、5b、5c和5e对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为10.00、12.00、12.00和9.70 mm,比市售杀菌剂新洁尔灭9.67 mm的活性高。

【Abstract】 Nopinic acid was synthesized using β-pinene as raw material and potassium permanganate as oxidant.After dehydration aqueous sulfuric acid,dihydrocumic acid was obtained.Five kinds of oxime ethers were prepared by reaction of oxime with dihydrocumic acid chloride.The preparation conditions were discussed and the structure of products were confirmed by IR,~1H NMR,and MS.The antibacterial property of products was tested through inhibition zone.Especially compounds(5a,5b,5c,5e) exhibit excellent antibacterial property against Escherichia coli(Gram-negative bacteria).Compared with the diameter of inhibition zone is 9.67 mm of the standard compound bromogeramine,whose diameters of inhibition zone were 10.00, 12.00,12.00,9.70 mm.
