磺胺间甲氧嘧啶在不同溶剂中溶解度的测定与关联
Determination and Correlation of the Solubility of Different Forms of Sulfamonomethoxine in Different Solvents

【摘要】 采用激光动态法,测量了磺胺间甲氧嘧啶水合物和无水物的溶解度。在290~365 K范围内,测定了磺胺间甲氧嘧啶无水物在6种纯溶剂(无水甲醇、无水乙醇、正丙醇、正丁醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯)中的溶解度数据,同一溶剂中,溶解度随温度升高而增大,在丙酮中的溶解度远远大于其它溶剂中的;在295~325 K温度范围内,水-丙酮混合溶剂中丙酮摩尔分数的变化范围为0.062 7~0.1544,测量了磺胺间甲氧嘧啶水合物在不同比例的丙酮-水体二元系中的溶解度,结果表明,随着溶剂中丙酮量的增加,溶解度随之增大,溶解度随温度增加而增加。运用Apelblat方程对溶解度数据做了曲线拟合,回归了溶解度经验方程的参数,计算的溶解度和实验值符合良好,相关系数的平方R~2均在0.99以上,相对均方根偏差σ在1.07~1.52之间,实验数据可靠,可应用于磺胺间甲氧嘧啶的结晶生产及多晶型研究过程中。
【Abstract】 A laser monitoring observation technique was used to determine the solubility of sulfamonomethoxine in six pure solvents(methanol,ethanol,1-propanol,2-propanol,1-butanol methanol,acetone and ethyl acetate) from 290 K to 363 K.The results showed that the solubility increased with increasing the temperature,and the solubility in acetone is higher than that in other solvents.From 295 K to 325 K,with the acetone molar fraction varying from 0.062 7~0.1544,the solubility of sulfamonomethoxine hydrate was measured in acetone-water binary solvents.The results showed that with the increasing of acetone,the solubility increased.Results of these measurements were correlated by semi-empirical Apelblat equation.It was found that this equation was able to correlate the solubility data well,the simulated value showed a good fit to the experimental data.The relative root-mean square deviation(σ) changed from 1.07 to 1.52.The solubility measured in this study can be used for the sulfamonomethoxine purification and study on polymorphs of sulfamonomethoxine.
