微胶囊化阻燃剂的表面改性及应用

【摘要】 采用正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)和硅烷偶联剂KH560为前躯体制备了含有活性环氧基的改性硅溶胶,并通过溶胶-凝胶法将这种改性硅溶胶沉积在微胶囊阻燃剂及无机协效剂聚磷酸铵表面。粒径分析表明,合成的硅溶胶颗粒大小主要分布在160~260 nm之间。通过红外光谱、能谱仪对改性硅溶胶的结构及阻燃剂表面改性的结果进行表征分析,实验结果表明,经改性后,含环氧基的硅溶胶确实已沉积在微胶囊阻燃剂表面。将改性后的微胶囊阻燃剂整理到织物上,其阻燃效率、阻燃耐久性较改性前均有明显提升。

【Abstract】 The silica sol containing epoxy groups was prepared with tetraethoxysilane and silane coupling agent KH560 as precursors and was used to encapsulate the microencapsulated flame retardant and ammonium polyphosphate used as synergistic agent by sol-gel technique.The particle size measurement indicated that particles in the sol were mainly distributed between 160 nm and 260 nm.The chemical structures of silica sol and modified flame retardant were characterized by FT-IR spectrum,energy spectrometer and SEM.The experimental results indicated that silica sol containing epoxy group was deposited on the surface of microencapsulated flame retardant.After the microencapsulated flame retardants were modified on its surface, they were applied in cotton fabric.It was showed that the flame retarding efficiency and fastness were increased.
