【摘要】 <正>利用反相高效液相色谱法分析植物油脂的甘油三酯组成,对7种植物油脂的识别分析,包括花生油、大豆油、棕榈油、菜籽油、芝麻油、玉米油及葵花籽油等共222个样品。以乙腈和二氯甲烷为梯度洗脱的流动相,检测器温度70℃下,得到7种植物油脂的甘油三酯高效液相色谱图,其中大豆油脂的高效液相色谱图如图1所示,采用归一化方法求得甘三酯的相对含量。以植物油脂的甘油三酯为变量,使用

【Abstract】 In this work,a method was developed to discriminate the different vegetable fats and oils using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography.Seven species of oil and fat,including peanut oil, soybean oil,palm oil,rapeseed oil,sesame oil,corn oil and sunflower oil,and a total of 222 samples. Acetonitrile and dichloromethane was used as the mobile phase for the gradient elution.The detector temperature was set at 70℃.The HPLC chromatogram of soybean oils was shown in Fig.1 the triglyceride. The relative contents of triglycerides of the 7 kinds vegetable fats and oils were obtained.Using the methods of clustering-the principal component analysis(CLU-PCA) and the cluster class of independent soft modes (SIMCA) analysis,the identies of various vegetable oils were established.The results of cluster analysis showed that the recognition accuracy rates were 100%except for sunflower oil and corn oil.The results from SIMCA model showed that the recognition accuracy rate of corn oil and rapeseed oil were 70%and 98%.The others are up to 100%.Although the triglyceride composition of different fatty acids was unstable in rapeseed oils,the method can identify them as the same class.The differences between low content erucic acid and high content erucic acid rapeseed oil are reflected in the model.
