基于S/B算法的模型传递用于放光路傅立叶变换红外光谱的定量分析

【摘要】 模型传递在红外光谱定量分析中具有非常重要的作用,通过数学方法在不同仪器间寻求最佳变换关系,一台仪器上建立的模型因此能够应用于另外一台仪器测量光谱的定量分析。本研究将斜率/偏差(slope/bias,S/B)算法应用于开放光路傅立叶变换红外光谱定量分析中的模型传递,并研究了模型转换集样品的选择方法。数据分析结果表明采用S/B算法取得了较好的模型传递效果。
【Abstract】 Calibration model transfer plays an important role in the quantification of spectroscopic analysis.The model for quantitative analysis was built on the spectra measured on one instrument, and transferred to the analysis of the spectra measured on another instrument.Therefore,the spectra measured on two instruments can be analyzed with one model.In this paper,calibration model transfer was implemented by using slope/bias(S/B) algorithm for the quantitative analysis of open-path Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.We also investigated the means to select samples in the implementation of the transfer.The results indicated the effectiveness of the S/B algorithm in model transfer.
