【摘要】 去污力为衣料用洗涤剂洗涤性能评价的一项重要指标,目前人工污布是影响实验室去污评价结果的最主要因素。质量稳定的污布是保证洗涤剂去污评价结果具有良好重现性的前提,为了制作出质量稳定的污布,稳定的污液制备成为关键。试验证明在污液中加入合适的乳化剂和具有分散作用的表面活性剂等物质,并采用合适的乳化工艺可制备出均匀、稳定的污液,从而染制出质量较稳定的污布,去污测定结果重现性好、试验误差小。更多还原

【Abstract】 The value of detergency is one of the most important indicators for evaluating the detergency of detergent and the artificial soiled clothes is the most important infector which affects the detergency evaluation test results at the moment.The stability of soiled clothes is the basis to keep the removal test results to have a good repeatability,to produce stable soiled clothes we should make stable soiling solution at first.Tests prove that the soiling solution will be more stable and homogenous if we add a suitable emulsifier or some other surfacant serving as dispersant into them and take the appropriate technics, the detergency evaluation results will be more nicety and the error in the detergency evaluation will be less.更多还原
