Zn基片上控制合成ZnO、ZnO/ZnS、ZnS纳/微米阵列
Controlled Synthesis of ZnO,ZnO/ZnS,ZnS Nano/micro Arrays on a Zn Substrate

【摘要】 半导体异质结构的各个组分具有不同的能带隙和介电常数,当不同带隙的半导体材料复合时会产生新的电子能级和能带隙,形成新的电子-空穴复合中心,改变载流子的复合路径,从而展示更高、更强的功能特性。本研究利用溶液路线在Zn基片上分别控制生长了ZnO、ZnO/ZnS、ZnS纳/微米阵列;研究了反应条件及表面活性剂对产物形貌和尺寸的调控作用。合成的ZnO/ZnS异质结构阵列材料具有与单组份不同的发光性质。
【Abstract】 Because the various components of semiconductor heterostructures have different band gaps and dielectric constants,when they are synthesized,the new electronic energy levels and energy band gaps will occur and furthermore the new electron-hole recombination centers will be formed,which can change the path of the carrier compound and also show the more senior and powerful functional features.In this study,the ZnO, ZnO/ZnS,ZnS nano/micro array were produced respectively in a controlled environment with the use of Zn substrate solution routes.Moreover this research studies the controllable function of the reaction conditions and surface active agents on the morphology and size in rats.This research proves that ZnO/ZnS heterostructure arrays with one-component materials have different luminescence properties.
