棒状SBA-15物理和化学吸附猪胰脂肪酶性能的研究

【摘要】 棒状SBA-15介孔材料通过烷基化和戊二醛改性,得到改性介孔材料。比较棒状SBA-15和改性后的介孔材料固定猪胰脂肪酶催化三乙酸甘油酯水解,改性后的介孔材料固定脂肪酶的热稳定性和重复利用性都得到了很大的提高。

【Abstract】 Rod-like SBA-15 mesoporous material were modified through alkylamine and glutaraldehyde. Immobilization of PPL in these materials was carried out using physical and chemical adsorption.Relative activity of Porcine pancreatic lipase immobilized in rod-like SBA-15 and its modified materials for hydrolysis of triacetin had been studied.It was further observed that thermal and reusability of the enzyme immobilized in thus modified silica were higher compared to the enzyme immobilized in the rod-like SBA-15 through reaction of silylation.
