化学诱导有机溶剂的物理胶凝化

【摘要】 化学诱导有机溶剂物理胶凝化由于其廉价、快捷、有效等优点,在新型智能凝胶炸药、液晶材料、溢油处理、文物或建筑材料保护等方面有着潜在的应用价值。本工作以简单的羧酸为母体化合物,在其溶液中通入干燥的NH3成功实现了对包括离子液体、液态液晶等有机溶剂的室温快速胶凝化。初步考察了胶凝剂结构、溶剂效应对凝胶微观形貌及流变学性能的影响。进一步实现了化学刺激"溶液-凝胶"相变可控过程。

【Abstract】 Physcial gelation of low-molecular-weight compounds in solvents induced by a chimical stimulus is a very simple and effective process,which make it have many potential applications in novel smart gel expolsives,liquid crstals,spllied oil recovery,and art conservation,etc..In this work,dried amino gas bubbling into carboxytic acid systems can result in instant physcial gelation at room temperature in some organic solvents including ion liquids and liquid crystal fluid.Furthermore,we have investigated that the effect of gelator structure and the solvent nature on morphologies and rheological behaviors of the resulting gels,and also comfirmd that the sol-gel transition in some systems is chemo-stimulus reversible.
