微波烧结纳米ZnO的实验研究

【摘要】 对在BJ22型矩形波导微波烧结装置中加热烧结颗粒度为20至40 nm的氧化锌粉末开展了初步实验研究,对微波加热烧结纳米级陶瓷粉体的特点和不同烧结温度的显微结构特征进行了讨论分析.结果表明,纳米氧化锌粉体介质损耗随温度升高而增大,升温速度越来越快;微波烧结条件下约570℃晶粒即开始长大,820℃保温约5 min可得到致密化完全的显微结构,相对理论密度达98%,温度过高会导致烧结过度.
【Abstract】 Fundamental experiment research is carried out on sintering ZnO powder with the particle size of 20-40 nm in the sintering device of rectangle wave - guide of the type BJ22,the feature of sintering ceramic powder of nanoscale through microwave heating and the characters of SEM images of ZnO ceramics prepared at different temperature are discussed and analyzed.The results show that the dielectric loss of ZnO powder of nanoscale increases as temperature rises,and the temperature rising speed becomes bigger;grains start growing at 570℃through microwave heating,and complete densification can be obtained at 820℃for about 5 min,the relative density is 98%,hyperthermal rise results in excessive sintering.
