PVC增塑体系温度依赖性的动态流变学表征

【摘要】 用动态流变学方法研究了加入邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、偏苯三酸三辛酯(TOTM)两种增塑剂的聚氯乙烯(PVC)弹性体在不同测试温度下的流变行为,并用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对溶胶热性能进行了分析。研究了增塑剂种类及熔体温度对PVC熔体结构中微晶及凝胶网络的影响。随熔体温度的升高,微晶部分熔融凝胶网络被破坏,PVC增塑体系在低频率(ω)区域的平台特征逐渐消失,呈均相体系的线性下降,且TOTM对动态流变行为的影响更显著。
【Abstract】 The rheological behavior of dioctyl phthalate(DOP) and trioctyl trimellitate(TOTM) plasticized polyvinyl chloride(PVC) elastomers were studied at different melting temperatures.The development of microcrystalline structure of plasticized PVC systems was studied through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).Results revealed that the microcrystalline structure of PVC was destroyed gradually with the increase of melting temperature.Accordingly,the gel network was damaged due to the decreasing crosslinking points. Consequently,the second plateau disappeared and a linear rheological behavior similar to homogeneous system appeared in the logarithmic plots of the dynamic storage modulus versus frequency(lg G’~lgω) in lowωrange with the increase of melting temperature.The effect of TOTM on the dynamic rheological behavior of PVC elastomer is more intense than that of DOP.
