水杨醛酰腙修饰的杯[4]芳烃衍生物作为Zn2+荧光探针研究
Investigation on Calix[4]arene Modified by Salicylaldehyde Acylhydrazone Used As Fluorescent Probe for Zn2+ Ion

【摘要】 研究以下沿1,3-位用水杨醛酰腙基团修饰的杯[4]芳烃衍生物L作为Zn2+荧光探针的性能。L浓度为1.0×10-4mol·L-1时,Zn2+浓度在4.0×10-6mol·L-1~4.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内体系的荧光强度与Zn2+浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数0.999,检出限1.0×10-6mol·L-1。金属离子Na+、Mg2+、Ni2+、Cd2+、Mn2+、Pb2+和Cu2+优先选择性实验结果表明,Na+、Mg2+、Cd2+和Pb2+的存在不影响体系的荧光强度,但Ni2+、Mn2+和Cu2+将干扰L对Zn2+的测定。
【Abstract】 The properties of fluorescent probe L for Zn2+ ion,which is a calix[4]arene derivative modified by salicylaldehyde acylhydrazone at 1,3-low rim,was investigated.At the concentration 1.0×10-4 mol·L-1 for ligand L,when the concentration of Zn2+ ion was in the range of 4.0×10-6 mol·L-1~4.0×10-5 mol·L-1, there was a good linearity between the fluorescence intensity of the system and the concentration of Zn2+ ion with a correlation coefficient of 0.999,and the detection limit was 1.0×10-6mol·L-1.Result about the priority selectivity test of the probe to metal ions including Na+,Mg2+,Ni2+,Cd2+,Mn2+,Pb2+ and Cu2+ showed that the fluorescence intensity of the system had not been influenced by the existence of Na+,Mg2+, Cd2+ and Pb2+ ion,but by Ni2+,Mn2+ and Cu2+ ion,which meant they could interfere with the determination of Zn2+ ion.
