【摘要】 <正>近年来,环糊精囊泡体系由于其在药物运输、纳米材料以及生物模拟方面的广泛应用而受到了化学家的关注。本文报道了环糊精与苯甲酸乙酯包合物在水溶液中,通过自组装可以形成囊泡。客体分子选用苯甲酸乙酯,避免了复杂的合成过程,能够简便地制备环糊精囊泡。囊泡通过TEM,DLS表征。苯甲酸乙酯-环糊精在水溶液中的包合比和包含常数通过紫外-可见光谱,核磁进行测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vesicles prepared from cyclodextrins can be applied in many fields such as drug delivery, nano-materials and biomimicry.In this manuscript,ethyl benzoate was employed as the guest which was found to complex with CDs in formation of vesicles.For ethyl benzoate could be manufactured commercially,this kind of vesicles could be obtained avoiding of complicated synthesis.These vesicles were characterized by TEM and DLS.The complex stoichiometry,the stability constant and conformations of ethyl benzoate-CDs in aqueous solution were investigated by UV and NMR.更多还原
