【摘要】 <正>进入新世纪以来,材料科学的研究内容呈现出从宏观尺度向微观尺度发展的趋势,对微观现象和微观结构的重视程度不断提高。生物技术和医疗卫生事业的不断进步,也对相关支撑材料也提出了更高的要求。在目前科技发展的大背景下,发展纳米、亚微米尺度的生物大分子支撑材料,以满足医疗诊断、信号示踪、生物分子负载、非均相催化等领域的需要,成

【Abstract】 Polymer latex nanoparticles are herein proposed as a general choice of supporting materials for a vast variety of bioactive molecules.Several groups of polymer nanoparticles,featuring with uniform sizes and distinctive functional groups on the surface,are synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization and seeded polymerization,and are further purified by multi-step chromatographies. According to our information,the widely applied purification process includes several steps of filtration or centrifugation during the downstream purification.Thus,aggregation is avoidless.Our product nanopartles are never aggregated with each other during the whole process of production, namely"zero-aggregation"purification.Different sizes,50-800 nm in diameters,as well as a number of functional groups,such as carboxyl,amino and epoxy,can be chosen and integrated to meet a wide range of applications.Bioactive macromolecule,such as enzyme or antibody,can be tethered on such nanometer sized materials to form bioactive latex during our former studies.
