磷石膏的改性及其在PP中的应用研究

【摘要】 <正>磷石膏是工业湿法生产磷酸的废渣,主要成分为二水硫酸钙,产出量很大,但利用率极低。磷石膏堆放不仅占用大量的土地,污染环境,还给生产企业带来很大负担,因此拓展磷石膏的应用领域,实现磷石膏的资源化利用具有十分重要意义。
【Abstract】 The surface of phosphogysum was modified with a variety of surface modifiers. Phosphogysum was modificated with stearic acid by wet process,and were treated with silicane and titanate used by dry ball milling,respectively.The surface of the modified phosphogysum was changed,from hydrophilic to hydrophobic.The reaction mechanism was studied by means of FT-IR and WXRD.By the phase analysis in the WXRD patterns it was showed that the crystal form of phosphogysum did not change.The phosphogysum/PP and modified phosphogysum blend were prepared by melt-mixing process.The results showed that the addition of non-modified phosphogysum would reduce the mechanical properties of the composite.The mechanical properties of the composites were improved after the phosphogysum were modified by modifiers;of whose the most effective modifier was stearic acid.WXRD showed that with the addition of phosphogysum the crystallinity increased because of the heterogeneous nucleating effect,which leaded to the formation ofβcrystalline.That was the modified phosphogysum could strengthen and toughen the composite.
