水性生漆/SiO2杂化材料的制备与性能

【摘要】 <正>天然生漆是含有漆酚、漆酶、糖蛋白、多糖和水等成份的油包水型(W/O)型乳液,由生漆中提取漆酚并改性,可制备性能优异的涂料,但这些改性产物,需大量的有机溶剂,且损失了其它有效成分,降低了生漆的利用率。
【Abstract】 Waterborne Raw Lacquer/SiO2 hybrid materials was prepared with Waterborne Raw Lacquer(WRL)and SiO2 sol via blend process.Its structure were characterized by FT-IR,TEM and TA.The physico-mechanical and anticorrosive properties of the hybrid materials were also investigated.TEM showed that t he sizes of SiO2 particles were at nanoscale,and the nanoparticles were uniformly dispersed in the polymer matrix.TA results indicated that the activation energy of thermal degradation of the hybrid materials was increased.Hybrid materials integrate properties was enhanced,especially its alkali resistance were greatly improved.
